All of your needs just minutes away, schools, restaurants, shopping, banks, hospitals and much more.. Please call today for more information or submit your application online via our website. Rent will range from $825- $950 plus electric & renters ins. Pets are additional with restrictions, please call about our pet policy. Application fee is $35 per person 18 & older Admin Fee: $100 Pet policy – call for details. Restrictions and requirements apply. ($250 one time non refundable fee, $35 each pet per month) 12month term only. **We do not accept vouchers** Holiday hours: Thursday-Sunday – Leasing office CLOSED Normal business hours to resume December 2nd – M-Th – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Fri – 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
