This place is run like a well-oiled machine. Jasper was the most response manager I've ever dealt with, and pays very close attention to detail. I visited the property on a Tuesday afternoon and was in the property by Friday morning. Unit was in tip-tip shape. Very convenient access to NJ Rail and nearby amenities.

I think Jasper and Ulysses are fantastic. Jasper, 10000% made himself available during the entire leasing process, answered all questions promptly, and overall was very kind. Ulysses I believe is daily newer to the building, but he’s so prompt in his responses and is overall incredibly caring. The building itself is well maintained, and the maintenance team is so lovely. Everything is handled quite easily with an app, and they’re always very polite and clean when entering the apartments. I wish the building had more common spaces or that the gym were larger, but that’s just spacing, nothing that can be changed. And it’s an incredible value for the price. So conveniently located by the NJT Linden station, overall, it’s a lovely space :)
