I have been living at Lotus Villas for 5 months now. I love it here. I feel safe, VERY safe. As a single woman, safety was a top priority for me. It's a private, gated comunity and I have my own garage, so there's no parking in a parking lot and walking to your apartment at night. The complex is extremely clean and well managed. It is very quiet and private as well. I don't have a single complaint, honestly. And after living in a house for 31 years, I was concerned about apartment living. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, clean, private complex, look no further. Welcome home!

There is no other place nicer and safer to live in Bakersfield than here! A beautiful luxurious gated community with a pool and BBQ area. What makes everything even more great is that my commute to work in downtown is so convenient. The attached garage is a cherry on top after a long day at work. I truly value and appreciate the management (Sandra) for always being so on top of everything, such as maintenance requests and security measures set in place. Lotus Villas is the place to call home. :)
