Wonderful new(ish, she’s been here a while now) leasing manager. I’ve lived here going on 6 years now, nobody has made as many improvements as her.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I've ever dealt with! I live at one of these unkept, infested apartments. The manager or lack thereof, her manager is absolutely horrible! They don't acknowledge or fix problems they swept issues under the building. Claim they always so busy but there is never any changes in anything, always making excuses for issues.. it's always someone else's fought... this company hire a bunch of ppl who have no idea what they are doing, no idea how to be a success, could care less about the tenants. This job is just a free apartment for them. You can tell that's all that matter due to their lack of effort, concern, or simply care! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! It is the worst complex I've ever lived at! They go through so many (so called managers) I've probably seen about 6 come and go, they do not keep the complex clean and maintained, they allow any and everyone to have pets yet the lease have requirements that are not followed, the do not do any maintenance in your unit, large dogs, nasty trash, homeless, they charge you a trash fee every month along with rent (I will post pictures of trash,) there is stray cats everywhere, some people allow they dogs in the pool and this seem to be allowed, front office is never open, they can not keep on-site manager, laundry room never close, grounds not kept, apartments outdated but they no issue raising rent and coming to collect it on the 1st of the month. The management company allows this to go on without consequence, and it's been happening for years. Nothing changes it just gets worse. Don't be fooled by this complex lying about how good things look because it's not the truth! This is the truth about this complex and company.
