Property is very nice and clean. Definitely in my top 5 of all other complexes in the Bakersfield area. Office staff are all very friendly and welcoming, nothing but positive vibes :)

These apartments have been nothing short of amazing since day one. Although I was really wanting to leave a review right away, I decided to wait a few months to make sure nothing changed. I’ve now lived here for three months and if anything, my experience has only gotten better since then! The property is safe, secure and truly state of the art. The amenities are amazing. The gym is huge for it being an apartment gym. The resort-style pool and outdoor seating area is the best I’ve seen an apartment offer. Security roams throughout the night. They are building tons of new restaurants and businesses directly in front of the property. Management has always been very nice, approachable and hosts a variety of events throughout the month. I give this property an 11/10. I look forward to the next 9 months of my lease here!
