This is a great place to live for the most part. The rent is cheap. The neighborhood is safe. Management is very fair. Only bad thing for me is the tenants who smoke. There is no clear designated smoking area. Smoke comes into my apartment windows. They smoke in a common area that I have to walk my 2 year old through. Sucks.
