Community garden out back and an open yard available for tenant use. It is conveniently located off US Route 31, along the East Arm Grand Traverse Bay, Walgreens, Burger King, 5/3rd Bank, Gj's Pizza and Market, and Master Dry Cleaners. Terms: *The owner pays trash, lawn, snow removal, and water/sewer. *Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, cable/internet. *Coin laundry on site *12-month lease *No smoking! *Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenants must enroll in our Tenant Benefit Package for $19 per month. Background and credit checks are required. $65 Application fee (everyone over 18 must apply!) $150 Administrative Fee. Three times rent for income. No evictions or bankruptcies. Applications must be 100% completed by all applicants and cosigners to be processed. The lease must be fully executed by the tenant within 48 hours of receiving it.
