Terms: *The owner pays trash, lawn, snow removal, and water/sewer. *Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, cable/internet. *Coin laundry on site *12-month lease *No smoking! *Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenants must enroll in our Tenant Benefit Package for $19 per month. Background and credit checks are required. $65 Application fee (everyone over 18 must apply!) $150 Administrative Fee.
