Parkview Apartments is a new senior multifamily building servicing Residents 55 years and older. We will offer 1 & 2 bedroom apartment homes. Residents will be responsible for paying electricity (heat is also electric). Trash and snow removal will be included in rent. Each apartment will include a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. We are pet friendly, one pet per apartment with a refundable deposit and monthly pet fee (size restrictions apply). Rents will not exceed the Grand Traverse County 60% AMI. Each household must income qualify and meet MSHDA LIHTC guidelines.
