Twin Creeks is a great pet friendly property which is well maintained and has an incredibly helpful onsite staff. I had a smooth transition in thanks to Mary and the rest of the team. She was so helpful and accommodating when my needs and plans changed, and took all the stress out of the process. I highly recommend this place if you are looking. And the grounds are particularly enjoyable for anyone who likes being outside!

Twin Creeks Apartments is all about helping people find their perfect place to live. I'm a student and have been tirelessly looking for a place to live and then I found Twin Creeks. I met Mary, one of their property managers and I knew this was the place for me. At Twin Creeks you can tell they are genuinely trying to find the best fit. They are understanding and are willing to work with you to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Their customer service is the best I have seen here in SLO and you can tell that the owners and who they hire (shoutout to Mary, again!) have the best intentions for their current and future tenants at heart. I am so excited to live here at Twin Creeks and would 1000% recommend applying to live here to anyone. Thank you again Twin Creeks for such a positive experience.
