The lovely attic kitchen has classic maple cabinets, granite countertops, gas stove/oven, ultra quiet dishwasher, and built-in microwave. There is a Bosch washer and dryer in the apartment for ease. The attic also has a large living room area. The two full bathrooms in the apartment have ceramic tile and showers. There is storage in the unfinished basement for bicycles and other items. The available bedroom is good-sized with a closet. There is a ceiling fan to keep cool. This room shares two renovated baths. Rent is $770 per month. It is a quiet, lovely apartment perfect for study and work.
