I lived here a little over a year and am only moving out due to rent increase. I’ve lived in several Denver apartments but this one is by far the best. You certainly get what you pay for- common areas are clean, leasing office is responsive, maintenance is quick, location is awesome, etc. In addition, and I’m not sure if all of the studio units are designed this way, but the lofted area above the bathroom is awesome. It makes the space seem so much bigger and allows for you to do tons of different things with the studio space. Last thing I’ll say is Nod, the maintenance guy, is awesome. He is timely, leaves your place clean, and gets the job done. He’s also very friendly which I appreciate. Jessica at the leasing office is similar. She’s very easy to work with and incredibly kind.

I’ve been so happy in my studio apartment. It has everything I need. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to fix anything even after hours. Very grateful I found this spot.
