If you see a comment saying these apartments are racist it’s not true. My sister wanna destroy this business but don’t believe anything she says.. when I visited these apartments the people was awesome and kind. I saw a lot of dogs. And dog park next door. Place is really clean, and it’s very quiet. And rent is cheap. Saw kids playing at pool and having fun and it’s an elementary school 2 mins away.

Very nice, safe apartments. Office Manager was great to work with. Had an emergency situation/quick move. My daughter was able to sign off of the lease without any hesitations. We will be forever grateful. Thank you!

This complex is Amazing! The scenery is a 10/10 and management is great! I really do want to say Brooke makes it her duty to make sure all tenants feel safe and comfortable when they are coming in and when they are going out! I wouldn’t have picked a better place to live for my first time renting! The process to move in and out was smooth and graceful! You should most definitely sign a lease with them, you won’t regret it! :)

Nice and quiet, very easy to contact mangement and maintnence they respond to your concerns very timely. Even with the dog park being right next to me, you can barely hear loud barking which was one of my concerns before moving in. I would highly suggest living here, Brooke is one of the best property managers I ever had. She is very friendly and understanding when it comes to complaints or concerns. You won’t regret staying here!

No smoking on the premises, which is inconvenient. But a very nice side-effect of that is that the place stays very clean! Super well lit at night, and the ubiquitous cameras outside the units are an excellent deterrent and safety measure. Can't say enough good about Brooke as a manager, either. She's always attentive to tenants' needs and is great at communication! Also, maintenance is prompt enough that they replaces my busted window screen before I even put in a request, so that's pretty awesome!

The management is so easy to communicate and work with. Brooke has always been so friendly and accommodating with any issues I’ve had. They are quick to help resolve the problem and want their residents to have the best home. I’ve talked with Tracy less but she is just as helpful! I recently transferred apartments and they made it a smooth and easy transition. I love it here!!

Beautiful floor plans and great location. Very pet friendly with nice amenities. The residents are so friendly and it’s a wonderful place to live.
