Great place! Apartment feels new and no bugs. Lived here for about 2 years. Would recommend to people who are looking for a nice place to live. I also love how close it is to the Northgate Market.

I loved Twelve31 apts. Cassandra worked expeditiously to make sure we moved in in that day we wanted. During our stay, any request that we needed to be addressed was done in timely. Cassandra, the manager, is a very sweet lady. Jakes is pleansant to talked to. He believes there is strength in working together: "Tuko pamoja ni nguvu."
