Bathroom and kitchen have some nice very recent upgrades including a new dishwasher, stove, and countertops . Freshly painted in designer paint colors alongside vintage hardwood floors creates a wonderful apartment. At the back of this unit is a shared deck area. There is a basement with shared laundry facilities. The building sits just a few minutes from downtown Saint Paul and in the heart of the new breweries and other entertainments of the West 7th neighborhood. Heat, trash and water are all included in the rent. Tenants pay the electric, internet, cable. There is on street, permitted parking in front of the property. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. A $30 Pet Rent and $250 Pet Deposit would be applicable. All applicants over the age of 18 will be subject to the application process at a cost of $45 per adult. $175 one time admin fee plus $600 deposit due upon lease signing.
