Requirements are no felonies within the last 5 years, no evictions, 6-12 months job history, good rental history. Must pass a background and credit screening. You must also make two and a half times the monthly rent. -Landlord pays heat, water, garbage -Tenant pays electric and cable Rental deposit is 1 months rent. Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
