I’m new here (one month), and this place is like no other. The vibe is great, with residents of all ages (with cute dogs); the apartments are lovely; the amenities are stellar; and SO MANY stores and eateries are within walking distance. But best of all are Misty and Lee, who make things hum along so beautifully here and are so pleasant and responsive. Couldn’t ask for more!

I love love love living at Venue! The apartments here are absolutely stunning! My apartment is perfect for myself, my partner, and my two cats. I also love the amenities, especially the sky deck. In the summer and fall months the fire pit and grill/smoker on the sky deck are my favorite to use. On top of that, my neighbors are great and I love spending time with them. I have never lived anywhere that matches the sense of community or the feeling of security that Venue has.
