I recently moved in and I can say I'm very happy with the apartment! The building itself is well kept, quiet, and thus far I haven't had to deal with many issues. When we've needed maintenance, they've come quick. The unit has a few issues that can't be quickly resolved, like a door and it's frame being misaligned, but it hasn't been a big problem.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and had a great experience. Maintenance is fast the 2 times I had to use them. My unit is well maintained and the hallways gets cleaned every Monday. I think the location is 10/10 if you want close to the lakes, walkable and still able to street park (although a couple blocks away).
