This review is exceptional based on the amazing aspects of our unique unit with its wonderful views of the cityscape. The building is close to Boom Island Park, downtown and the neighborhood residents have been welcoming. The building maintenance has also been very responsive.

Toured this apartment and I like the location a lot. Located in NE but in a quieter part of the neighborhood. Can walk to many restaurants nearby and close to Boom Island Park. The unit has large windows and feels amazing.
