I have lived at the Fargo Residential Suites for the past two years and enjoyed my experience very much. Communication with the property manager is fantastic. Everything about the lease was very clear and the property manager was always responsive if I needed something done in my apartment. They use an app that has your lease on it for reference, you pay your rent through and submit maintenance requests - super convenient and easy to use. The apartment itself is very nice, with great appliances and a nice aesthetic (I loved the bathroom!). Also, the location is fabulous - nothing better than being right downtown by all the great restaurants and shops, especially Elleson's! ;)

Stayed for a year on top floor. Very clean, responsive, and no-nonsense. Slightly inevitable road noise on the street side but it’s very quiet with windows closed. Getting fresh air in the room was tricky sometimes, but loved my time here overall. The location is amazing.
