The facilities and amenities are state of the art. Melanie and Jen are extremely accommodating, welcoming, as well as informative. I have since moved out, but felt compelled to share my experience here. I had the S2 apartment and I loved it. Additionally, I always felt safe and secure at this apartment. The pool and workout facility are incredible. Unfortunately I had to move to a different city, but my only wish is that my new apartment was as nice as 225. I have recommended multiple people here and have friends who I encouraged to live here moving to 225 in August. There really is no other apartment in Wichita that compares!

Luxurious apartment complex in the best part of Wichita. Visit the pool after sunset and you'll think that you're in Vegas with open fireplaces, cabanas, and spacious hangout areas. I've lived here for 3 years and it was one of my favorite parts about the city. Walking distance to EVERYTHING! You don't even need your car on the weekends, with awesome local coffee shops, Japanese, American, pizza, and other restaurants on the same block! Yes, you could live right on Douglass, but with loudass bars and drag racer wannabes revving up their tractors every night, you'll wish you picked 225 as your home. The staff and maintenance are responsive, flexible, and super accommodating. They genuinely care about making their tenants happy and go to great lengths to make this an experience, not just a place to stay. Enjoy!
