I love this complex. I went in with my fiance and we were touring with Shakeiya. She was so down to earth and gave us all the info we needed plus more. She was so good by the time we were coming back to the office we were filling out the application. Then when looking at all available units She made sure it was in the price range and space we needed for us and our two malshipoos. I believe we are going to love this complex. I already fell in love with it. Especially since it is quiet and very clean to be a pet focused/motivated complex.

This place was recently bought out and the new owners and management are wonderful. Any problem I've had has been swiftly taken care of. For example when I moved in I noticed a few problems such as some of the windows not working well and the dryer making a weird noise- all fixed the next day! And I haven't been here long but already they've given out Easter gifts for the kids, gave out treats and toys for national pet day, I got a birthday card on my door on the first day of my birthday month, and even this morning got an email saying they have something special in the office to give out to any teachers living here. Very sweet! They're also very motivated to fix this place up, and communicate very well to everyone the changes that they're working on- which is very exciting! This place is a bit more expensive than others in the area, but you can actually see that they're using your money to actively improve the community. All the staff in the office are wonderful, and the maintenance guys as well. Everyone is very courteous and polite, and you can tell they actually care about the residents. The people in the community are also pretty great, everyone is very polite with their dogs and we all make an effort to walk around each other and keep our dogs quiet and respectful. Lovely community and great location close to lots of shops and has a gate on the side of the property to get to this park with a great hidden trail by the creek, or you can go under the street and walk to the pond which is beautiful. I also got a unit with an attached garage and yard, and it really feels like a little house. Very quiet community, feels very safe, great parking, nice pools, love the dog park- lots of great amenities! Reading the old reviews I can tell this place had a handful of problems, but this place has surely changed for the better!
