While the Overlook at Fountaingrove may be one of the most expensive apartments in Santa Rosa, great amenities, convenient location, nice neighbors, & helpful management make it worthwhile to live in. Carole in the office and Ronnie, the maintenance manager, are very helpful, reasonable, and honest. We lived at the Overlook for three years from 2017 to 2020 and enjoyed every moment of it.
