Every apartment has it's own washer/dryer, pre wired for high speed internet and cable which is conveniently offered through the building at a lower than market rate! The buildings are highly secured and offer a keyless entry system and video intercoms! All residents will have access to our private and secure courtyard behind the buildings. Tenant pays all utilities (owner provides water/sewer & trash removal) Nonrefundable Administrative Fee: $750.00 due upon signing of the lease. Pets Welcome upon management approval: $30 monthly per pet (2 pet maximum) with a nonrefundable pet fee due upon signing of the lease.
