The Ledger Review: Luxurious Apartments with Some Minor Flaws The Ledger offers great apartments and a well-maintained complex with impressive luxury amenities. The overall environment is upscale and comfortable, providing a great living experience. They also have gas ranges stovetops! While the majority of the furniture is modern and in good condition, some pieces, like the outdoor patio chairs and tables in the penthouse, could use updates to match the rest of the complex's high standards. One of the standout aspects of our experience was Thomas, who was super chill and accommodating. He was willing to work with us and made the process smooth and pleasant. Overall, The Ledger is a fantastic choice if you're looking for luxurious living with excellent service, though a few minor updates could make it even better.

I've lived around Union Market since 2018, and The Ledger is (by far) the best building I've lived in around the area. Managment and staff (Thomas, Brandon, Stephan, etc.) are fantastic, responsive, and go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. The units are much more spacious and well-constructed compared to nearby buildings. For example, many of the newly constructed buildings have absolutely terrible sound insulation between units, but I have not heard any noise coming from any of my neighbors, which is a huge plus in my book. I have a gas range oven, full-size refrigerator, island, full-size W/D, and plenty of storage. The views from my unit are fantastic, and the rooftop lounge offers even better views. Managment recently upgraded the gym, so there's a ton of new equipment for residents to use. If you prefer a smaller, quieter building with actual luxury apartments and top-tier staff, I highly recommend The Ledger.
