Love the modern look of these apartments. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and hard wood floors. It’s a quiet and safe place to live. Management is great too. Amy is super helpful and very prompt when responding to any concerns. Highly recommend!

I have lived in this building for about two months now. It’s been great. The property manager, Amy, is extremely helpful and absolutely amazing. I ran into some complications during the move in, and she was so supportive in helping me. She is very responsive, and the mailroom is kept very orderly where the packages are even sorted by apt number so it’s very quick and easy to find packages. I wasn’t able to tour in person and had to get an apartment quickly. I really wanted somewhere with good management staff, and this unit certainly has that. Since it is a new build, the internet is great (I use TDS fiber). The only downsides that aren't that bad are that the in unit washer has a column in the middle and the dishwasher doesn't have a delay function. A minor aspect for some, but something I appreciate is that the lights are all recessed cans and of the same color temperature so there isn’t any weird orange glow from some lights while others are a contrasting white. Overall, a really great apartment that I’m really happy with
