My finance and I have really enjoyed living here. It's located in a quiet, safe town, within walking distance to the small downtown area. We also love living by the park and taking walks by a pond and wooded trails. The resident manager, Paula, is awesome. She is very responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. She is excellent at communicating with me every time I've reached out to her. She has always been very reasonable in all my interactions with her. I feel the apartments are affordable for the space you get in return. They are well kept, clean and not outdated looking. It can take awhile for maintenance to get out to the apartment unless it's something urgent. All of the maintenance guys we've met are friendly though. We like it here and would continue to stay if it wasn't as far from work.

I'm visiting my aunt and she made a call today to the property manager, Paula, due to mold in all 4 windows and above and below the rear exit door to the porch. There was also water leaking in under the door onto the wood floors. After Paula saw the mold she stated, 'I have it in my windows too, just clean it with bleach.' She then replied, 'You're about to move out anyway, why do you care'. When my aunt asked if she was going to take care of it or put a work order in she responded, 'maybe you should clean them more often'. The house is already spotlessly clean so that is not the issue. My aunt told Paula it is a serious health issue and Paula responded, 'oh well, there is nothing I can do about it' and turned around to leave as she said that and SLAMMED the door like a child in the middle of a temper tantrum. This was 100% unprofessional and not acceptable. For future and current renters, please check for mold. This is dangerous.
