Give it a chance! This is a great place to live overall. Amazing location, walking distance to Sono, parks, restaurants and it’s extremely quiet. Even with the train (which is super convenient), it was very quiet. I agree with others, and the walls, the developer definitely cost saved in that department- but I wouldn’t say it’s anything worse than NYC apartment living. And there were some new building issues in the beginning but nothing since. Great community, but what separates this place from anywhere else I have lived is the staff, especially Monique. She was fantastic in supporting and helping me during a very uncertain time with my move out date, extremely flexible and a GREAT partner. For the location and price point, it’s a ideal option. If you want to come to Norwalk, check this place out!

I just moved out after living at Brim & Crown for about a year and a half. Besides the rent prices (which are high everywhere in Norwalk/Stamford) and lower quality insulation (just like most places where you can hear neighbors at times) I can not recommend this location enough! The staff (leasing office, maintenance, cleaners) are friendly, do their jobs and easy to get in touch with for any questions or needs. Shout out to Monique - she knows how to run an office and keep residents happy! The Crown building on the courtyard side is quiet and the units get great sunlight. I was shocked by the minimal noise you get being right at the train station. The location is perfect - an easy walk or drive to SoNo and Calf Pasture with the convenience of having a train stop steps away.
