I really enjoyed living at Head of the Harbor (HOTH), and the only reason I don't live there anymore is that I moved to another city. The apartments and the complex itself (e.g., outdoor space, gym, and common rooms) are very nice, and everyone who works there is kind, professional, and on top of things. A big thanks to Jennifer, Rich, and Bard for making my experience there great. If you're looking for a place to live in Norwalk, I highly suggest looking at HOTH.
