I didn't know it but I've been waiting 55 years to get into this place and now that I'm here I love it

This is not a good place to live the tenants are charged for everything from trash pickup to all utilities but water. Management also enters you apt. without your knowledge or consent then harass tenants to keep them clean and what ever work needs to be done the tenant is charged for that to. The were also built with plywood and sawdust with one coat of paint put on it so it easily warps when cleaned. They also complain about pets even though they say the are pet friendly.Not a very good place to live.
