I Lived Here For 3 Years. The Location Is Perfect , I’m 7 Minutes Away From Work, I-95 And I-695 Less Than 2 Minutes Away. 3 Supermarkets Within 5 Minutes . All Of The Things You Need Are Close To Oaklee Village Apartments. The Office Staff Is Very Friendly And Helpful When Assistance Is Needed. Apartments For The Most Part Are Decent !! No Central Air Or Washer/Dryer In Units But There’s A Laundry Room With Washers And Dryers On Promises. Rent Is Below Market Price And You Have Trash Pickup Every Evening Accept Friday And Saturday. 3 Private Parking Lots For Residents Which Comes In Handy Because Parking Is Tight. Keeping It Real !! It Depends On What Court You Live In. My Court Is Very Quite And Everyone Speaks To Each Other. If You Are Looking For A Beginning Apartment In A Decent Neighborhood With Not A Lot Of Noise Or Foolishness Than Check Oaklee Village Out.

Been here for 9 years. I live on the quiet side. I really haven't had no major problems. When I needed any work done, I called they came. The people in office always been there for me. Thank you Latoya and other staff members. My only complaint is nothing is included in your rent. You pay for everything. Other than that I loved it here. ....Close to all stores. 3/3/2023. Needed work done in bathroom. The two guys came were very responsive respectful and a great sense of humor. They are keepers...
