We require a minimum credit score of 650 and a monthly income (all residents combined) equal to 3 times the monthly rent charge. Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a $20 credit and background check. Residents of Meron Properties are required to have renter’s insurance which includes liability insurance in the amount of $500,000.
