Located near 35W and I-494, the Southtown Apartments are close to wherever you need to be! These updated units are large and homey. Escape the cold of winter or the heat of summer in your indoor pool. If you like to entertain, there is a large party room with a full kitchen available to rent.

I've lived here for 2 years. The pool has never been open, the rent has gone up. Packages get stolen. My car was towed out of the lot when I first moved because they forgot to give me and 14 other residents parking stickers. Silverfish infestation throughout the building. Hallways are never cleaned. The garage is disgusting because they keep the trash in the underground parking and it gets thrown everywhere. Call boxes on the north side of the building don't exist. Electricity and water is pooled then divided by bedrooms in your apartment. Last months electric bill was $85, I have a one bedroom and live alone. LEVEL 10 MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. They don't respond to you unless you harass them with repeat phone calls once you sign your lease.

Unit and building over all isn’t bad but management is horrible highly suggest not renting here.
