My husband and I lived here for 2.5 years before relocating to a bigger place. This duplex-apartment was great because it was like a home. We had a yard for our dog and a huge kitchen area. I loved the counter space! All floor-plans are the same but it gave me ideas with how to move furniture around or how to arrange my front yard. The manager, Tiffany, was the sweetest! As long as you communicated with her about what was going on, she always worked with us! We loved living here!

I must say Southview village has been a wonderful and pleasant community to live in since we have resided here as of last October. The grounds are always very well maintained and any maintenance issues are addressed in a prompt manner. They frequently spray the apartments just to ensure there is never any kind of a bug problem. I must say proactively doing this is something that has never been done in any previous apartments that I have lived in . The community itself is very peaceful and never has there been any issues with violence or problems between any of the residents it is definatly a very quite community a great place to raise children. Not to mention that the community is pet friendly it even has a small dog park to give dogs a place to run and play . This is an excellent place to call home. The community is nestled in a nice residential neighborhood and very close to university and the loop which provides for easy access to just about anywhere in town. The top it off the apartment management is very friendly and easy to get along with. She makes sure that the community is a great place to live and she really cares about her tenants. This community also provides a free planet fitness membership at no cost to you for the basic membership. The apartments are rather new and were not built that long ago they have black on black appliances, nice countertops, and stained concrete floors which make for a beautiful apartment as well. I would highly suggest thinking about renting here at Southview it is a choice that you will be very happy about. The price is also very reasonable for the quality of life that you will receive.
