I'm moving out tomorrow. I spent the last year living here and I have loved every second of it. The apartments are quiet, spacious and beautiful. Loved the full washer and dryer and the fact that any maintanance problems were taken care of quickly. They also have an amazing gym. They are located close to everything while still feeling like you're hidden away. Lots of trees and I loved the path by the lake. Only moving due to work.

I have been renting at Boca Vista and have to say I love it here. Management and staff in the office are always helpful especially Joey and Amy. Whenever I have any issues or maintenance needed, they are always courteous, seem to really care, and are efficient in making sure maintenance tends to any issue at hand. Not only do I enjoy my apartment, but to have great communication with the office staff and workers on the property is a big deal for me. Coming from renting from many other places prior to Boca Vista, living here has been an absolute pleasure :) Thank you guys!
