GL & Company - 318-22 bed1 bathNice cozy two bedroom apartment located only a few blocks away from Mayo Clinic and the Methodist Hospital. The subway system is one block away and once you are in it, you are able to access the downtown buildings without going outside. It is an unfurnished apartment, but we are able to furnish it at no extra cost. We pay for all the utilities which includes WiFi internet. There is plenty of street parking which requires a parking permit. There is a free washer and dryer in the unit. We offer both long term and short term leases. Short term leases requires a 7 day notice to vacate and any rent paid past the 7 days will be refunded. Utilities Included: Electric, Gas, Heat, Water, Sewer, Garbage, and WiFi internet.
