I've been looking for an apartment for a couple of months now, I've looked at around 10-15 places. When I first came here to tour an apartment (i made an appointment to do so) I was nervous that it was gonna be like all the other ones I toured (too expensive or just not what I'm looking for). When I first met Aalayah, I could just tell that this place was different, in a good way. When I told her what I wanted as far as an apartment she listened the entire time and took her time to answer all of my questions. I'm 21 so I'm very new to all of this. When we toured the apartment, she did an amazing job educating me and reassuring me about the features that I wanted. One of my favorite things about this apartment are the different options. You can change out your appliances for newer ones (ofc for an upcharge but its really nice to have that option), you can also paint the walls (which makes me feel like more of a home but ofc when moving out you have to repaint to OG color), you can rent different storage spaces (3 different sizes on the property), you can rent furniture, etc. The area is nice and quiet, safe feeling. When I did all of my paperwork Aalayah and Ciera helped me a ton. This experience was one of the best apartment experiences I've EVER had. I will be recommending this place to my friends and I look forward to calling this place my home. :) Thank you Aalayah and Ciera!!!!!

Update: almost a year later, the staff (to include maintenance are some of the best in my years of apartment living. The maintenance team is very responsive and quick to resolve issues. My A/C wasn’t working properly and the maintenance team came right over and got it back working within 24 hours. Thank you Ty and your team for leading with excellence and professionalism. I am simply humbled and thankful for your office’s staff, Tye and Micah for being kind and genuine towards me today (8/23/23)-after going through the unthinkable situation-with no warning. I do understand that there was no personal decision making in being approved for an apartment, but the whole process of me applying and being heard today-MEANT THE WORLD TO ME! I am looking forward to being a resident of this community. Professionalism and kindness go a long way. THANK YOU!
