It has been a pleasant experience living here. It's been about 6 months, and I love this apartment complex. One huge plus is the street parking availability for guests and residents. Another huge plus is the great management team. Matt and Ernie are the dynamic duo. When I send in a maintenance request, Matt (when available) responds within minutes and lets me know when Ernie will be by. The grounds are nicely kept, and the pool area and gym are always clean. I appreciate the friendliness and attentiveness that was shown to us from day 1. I definitely recommend this place.

Jill, Elise and the team at Lantern Bay are wonderful!! Our daughter who is a student at Chapman just moved in and the Lantern Bay team have been nothing but amazing and accommodating to us!! We made the arrangements from across the country in New York and Jill went above and beyond by helping us arrange for delivery of furniture and assisting in all aspects of the move. They responded to our many txts and calls immediately. Thank you for making our move in seamless!!
