Presleigh Deckard is a sharp and intelligent woman. She listens intently and focuses on what you are saying. I never felt pressed, however, she is also in the business of closing a sale. With that said and that in mind, I love her approach to a client-subtle, polite, but with a sense of urgency. That’s what makes a good leasing agent. Promote her. She’s going places. The apartments were nice, clean, and the grounds were presentable. Go check them out! Nice pricing as well for the amount of space and onsite amenities that you get

My wife and I recently moved into Prestonwood Hills early October. The leasing office has been there to support us with every question, request and solution while we get acclimated. The new Manager Aysa has been exceptional with communicating and sees things through. Example, our yard area was pretty much dirt and mud making it unusable for us and our dog. She sought out resolving the issue and got the management company to approve and pay the landscape company to lay fresh sod and repair an irrigation issue with the sprinklers. She cares to make things right. Presleigh also has the let's get this done right for you attitude which helps residents to have faith and trust when working with the leasing office. The leasing office makes themselves available which isn't an easy thing to do all the time and they always ask is there anything else we can do for you. The maintenance team has been nothing short of Johnny on the spot. They are quick with responding to maintenance requests, they're professional and courteous. So far this community seems to be pretty quiet and the landscape company keeps things clean. It's also nice to live in a complex where folks pick up after their dogs and seem to respect one another.
