I love my unit and my community. Monica was my leasing representative and She is beyond awesome. She help me every step of the way through the leasing process and got me moved in within two days. One thing I do love about this community is that they do Something for the kids every week and holidays. I will recommend this community and Monica As a leasing consultant to anybody looking to move.

The reason why I am giving this property a five star is the fact that my leasing consultant Monica was super friendly. The team worked extremely quickly and efficiently to prepare for my move-in. Although this is an older community, the price is great for the area. Pros: the most affordable community in the Dunwoody perimeter area, with the largest floor plans for price. And did I mention location? Has an amazing park and walking trail in right next to the complex. Cons: Not the most updated, but it has great structure and is well maintained. a home is what you make it and the price is unmatched in this thriving area.
