Found out in apartment 213 someone died, nothing was fixed

I lived there for a year and a half, and over numerous maintenance calls I saw maintenance one time to fix a sink, and he didn't even fix it he just took a part off and said "good 'nuff". I called needing an emergency change of my locks, police report and all, and after 15 days of them not coming to change the locks my father did so I could safely live in my home. Then they wouldn't even discount my rent for having to buy and change the lock IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION myself. I reported my leaky bathroom sink to them 3 times over the course of 6 months and it NEVER got fixed, or even looked at. Middletown properties is a joke.
