Okay y'all the hubs and I have been 2 years, working on the 3rd. We have gone through 1, 2, 3 rounds of management and are currently working on the 4th with Ms. Ashley & her team. The previous one was...lack luster to say the least. The OLD Issue: - Management was messing up my ledger, which was odd, but I always managed to get it resolved by going to the leasing office, constantly. - Pool wasn't operational. - Maintenance did bare minimum. - Lots of vacancies. - Couple of randoms. Now, though? Let's talk about it 😁. + Managment is ACTUALLY doing their job! I think a lot of people got used to the old management goofing around and so now these ladies are coming in and making all the necessary changes needed and applying the necessary steps management should do at any apartment. And it's showing that they're capable of running the complex. And they're doing that really well, in my opinion 🤷🏽♀️. ☝🏾 P.S. 🎉 Shoutout to Kayla, Chanika, and Ashley. They have been very understanding and actively listening to our situation and working things out on our behalf as we are well paying, long-time tenants. We appreicate you guys! + Communication is thorough, direct, and consistent via email regarding complext level info. + Season is going out for the pool, but they've given a notice about it. + Maintence takes their time and resolves the issues I've had quickly; complete them within 24-48 hours. + They've cleaned out the rif-raff from what I've noticed and the apartments are being filled steadily and surely. I see people commenting about mold? I don't have that issue...bleach and weekly cleaning keeps the 😷 away. Looking forward to the future with this new management team 🙌🏾.
