My older sister recommended this apartment. The move in process has been so easy and has surpassed my expectations. I'm moving in from another city so everything was done online and over the phone. Karen the manager, has been amazing. I am certain that I made the right choice by moving here.

I recently signed my lease for this place. I must say Property Manager Suzette is a dream to work with. She made the process easy she was helpful and she answered all my questions and I was a walk in and she was accommodating and made me see a model unit within minutes of me getting there. Apartment size was spacious at 1337 sqft for a 2x2 my old apartment was a 3x2 and that was 1297 sqft so you can see why I am pleased. Also for leasing when i did she gave me the month of December for Free. My move in date is September 30th and I am more than excited to move in. Place is quiet and I love the area pretty close to everything in Coral Springs if you rent here you will not be disappointed.
