I have been living here at the Parc Medallion Apartments for over a year now and I am impressed at how things have gotten much better since Ilaria and Trisha took over the property management. These ladies are kind and caring and the office is open on a regular schedule now. I often see Ilaria out and about being proactive and taking care of business. She makes an effort to talk to me and that makes me feel more comfortable and welcomed.

Thank you Ilaria for your attention and quick service with our garbage disposal. Maintenance girl was very pleasant , quickly fixed the problem and explained the issue and gave us tips to keep it working , I didn’t get her name but she was awesome .
