This place has been amazing and the staff has been a joy to be around. Maintenance always around property with joy, smiles and laughter. They work fast and efficient and solve the problems ive had. Jay has been a great help and is always willing to help! This place rocks and service is impeccable.

The service mangers Jay and Logan are Absolutely phenomenal! For the year I lived at Zenith Meridian Apartments they have gone beyond and above their job duties! The service requests I put in were taken care of in a timely, well done and efficient manner. They are knowledgeable about their jobs. They are respectful when coming into your home and kindly wear foot coverings over their shoes if you provide or will bring their own if requested. They are friendly to the tenants and their dogs. They go out of their way to help the tenants here. I locked myself out of my granddaughter’s car. Jay and Logan took their time to help me. They got the car unlocked and my groceries were still cold. Jay and Logan also keep the grounds area neat and clean even by the garbage dumpsters! I have never lived at a place where the maintenance crew were so knowledgeable, attentive, kind, friendly and trustworthy as Jay and Logan! Zenith Meridian you have two valuable and hardworking team players! Thank you Jay and Logan! You will move up in the world because of how you take your jobs seriously, work hard and are kind to others! I am glad to have had the opportunity to know two Wonderful people! ☺️

My fiance and I relocated from California to Colorado due to a job relocation opportunity and we were in search of an apartment that we could call our home. From day one when we first found Zenith, we were impressed with the location and all the friendly staff members at Zenith Meridian. We especially want to give a huge thank you to Carlos, who showed us around the property to give us apartment tours of different apartment options that we were interested in. When we addressed a few issues with our apartment, staff members were quick to fix our problems before we even moved in which we were definitely impressed with! I tend to write long and detailed reviews so hopefully this comes in handy to anyone who is looking for an apartment. We absolutely love the location since everything in the area is a 10-15 minute drive to the closest restaurants, mall, and grocery stores and there are also shops within the complex area itself that you can walk to - which is very convenient. The only con that I can think of is that the location is close to an airport so you can hear planes flying overhead. However, even before moving in we were notified about that issue and that doesn't really bother us too much at all since we lived close to an airport at our last home. The other issue is that some pet owners don't seem to pick up after their dogs which makes walking around the property a slight challenge, especially at night. But both those things are very minor and don't really bother us too much at the moment. The apartment we got is large and spacious, neighborhood is very quiet - we hardly ever hear our neighbors!, clubhouse has free wifi and lots of sitting areas to study or hangout with friends and family. We haven't tried out the pool/jacuzzi area just yet since we moved during the coldest time of the year but we are definitely looking forward to hanging out in that area once the weather gets warmer. So far everything about this place has impressed us and we are excited to call Zenith Meridian apartments our home for the next couple of years! We also got a "Welcome Home" complementary gift package upon moving in and we couldn't have been happier with our move in to this location if it wasn't for all the friendly staff here and especially to Carlos! Thank you!
