As I prepare my move to California- I am very pleased with the smooth transition the leasing office offered. From the virtual tour - to receiving the lease went without a hitch . Once I arrived at The Crest and seen my apartment in person I was so excited!! Grand Prix is around the corner with views of the track and the beach! I highly recommend especially if you’re a traveling nurse looking for a location that’s affordable and close to the hospital. I have found tranquility in Long Beach! Thanks to the Leasing and Management Team.

This building has been a great home for us. The staff is friendly and building is always clean. The lady that cleans the lobby and amenities are always on top of things! Not to mention Alicia the community manager is very cool and helpful! I would recommend this place for people!!!👍🏻 Beautiful sunset views and VIP rooftop views from events that are happening around the building!!👍🏻
