Kat Is a serious rockstar, and has been more than helpful during a rough time in my life after water damage to my home rendered it unlivable. She was extremely communicative and very accommodating with a super last minute tour, lease, and move in. It went as smooth as possible thanks to her. My time at neon local has been phenomenal, the amenities are 10/10 from the great location, fantastic local art on display, the outdoor movie nights, the perfect hot tub and outdoor grills, the soundproof booths, the conference room, and especially The Attic. this place is incredible, and I’ve been lucky enough to get to make use of every amenity, all of them have helped me with working from home easily.
Thank you to the entire team for always greeting us warmly, especially my dog. And major shout outs to Madison and Jett for being amazing and answering my endless barrage of questions, being accommodating and responsive and making us feel right at home, thank you so much!

You pay for exactly what you see in the photos. Beautiful landscaping, modern and new fixtures, amazing amenities. The year around pool and hot tub are a plus! I feel so safe here. The management team and maintenance team are easy to contact and get things done. I’m so happy with my move here.

Mike and Gilbert are the best maintenance team I have experienced! Extremely time efficient, professional and genuine guys! I needed a ladder to put up my curtains and they put my curtains up for me! My cat also liked them so you know they have good vibes!

The apartment complex is very clean and people are really nice. The maintenance staff, especially Gilbert, is really friendly and willing to go out of their way to fix anything you need. I would recommend this place. The location is great and so are the people and the apartments are spacious and beautiful.
Michael and Gilbert are awesome!! We dropped a glass cup that shattered everywhere, we asked them if we could just borrow a vacuum and they came in with two different vacuums and vacuumed our whole rug and floor without question! Not only did they go the extra mile, they showed up within 3 minutes of asking!
My condo flooded, and I needed to find a place to stay ASAP. Kat got me in for a last minute tour and helped me get my lease application processed and approved in 24 hours. The team was willing to work with my insurance company and the furniture company to expedite things. I moved in less than a week later, and it was SUCH a relief. Kat’s knowledge of the area is exceptional, the tour was thorough and well paced, and honestly we had a ton of fun. After my application was approved, Jett let me into my new place to take some measurements and even let me spend some extra time acclimating my dog to the stairs since he’s afraid of the echoes. Since moving in, the entire Neon Local team has really worked hard to make this a fun and welcoming community despite COVID; thoughtful move in gifts, goodie bags for residents, and socially distanced movie nights outside in the Front Yard. They respond to maintenance requests immediately, and even follow up after to make sure everything is okay. The building is super environmentally friendly, full of art from local artists in the area, there are more amenities than I can count, and the staff sources most of their gifts from local small businesses, which is just ridiculously cool. The staff are so awesome and always down for a quick catch up on my way out the door. A big huge thank you to Kat, Jett, and Madison for everything you’ve done to make life at Neon Local perfect. This is hands down the coolest place I’ve ever lived, I definitely recommend coming in to check it out.
I’ve lived here for 1.5 years so far, and have honestly been really impressed & pleased with the building & the staff! The apartments are well-designed, modern, & pretty well sound-proofed, the appliances are new & work well, and the amenities are really nice - gym includes 2 Pelotons & great equipment, rooftop terrace is beautiful, and the hot tub & pool are open year-round!! What’s more, the staff is responsive & universally friendly. In particular, the community manager Elizabeth is kind & helpful & always excited to organize fun resident events, and Gilbert the maintenance supervisor is incredibly friendly, resourceful, & always willing to go out of his way to help residents. I feel so lucky that I landed at Neon Local when I moved to Denver!!
