This is my first apartment so I don’t have a ton to go off of. The apartment overall is really nice for the price you pay. Great location, other tenants seem friendly. Overall management is ok. They recently switched landlords so the transition has been a bit unpredictable, but still decent. One of my favorite things about this apartment complex is that they have an app that makes paying rent incredibly easy. My only complaint is their quarter machine in the laundry room, it’s almost always empty, and they take their sweet time refilling it. So just plan on stocking up on your own quarters for laundry or running over to kwik trip next door.
