Beautiful residential building now built it is a great place to live, work, and play. Located on the Hudson river right across from downtown Albany, the state capital. Spaces for hotel, restaurants, and offices soon to be ready! Great potential for transit hub with 10th busiest AMTRAK station in the USA right across the street!

I moved into DeLaet’s Landing in June and have found it to be a very positive experience. The property manager was very patient showing me various units so I could make a choice of a layout that met my needs. A walk thru was scheduled before I moved in and I found the unit to be spotless. A couple of small repairs were necessary after the fact and those were accomplished within a few days of submitting a repair request on line. I am very impressed with the building-the corridors, front lobby, elevators, etc. appear very upscale and are kept clean. The mail room is kept orderly and there are various carts, etc. that have been helpful when I have a car full of items to move into my apartment. The trash disposal room must be checked numerous times a day because I’ve always found it to be clean. I find I’m bragging about the building rather than making excuses about it. Everything is convenient: the parking, proximity to Amtrak and major highways, mall and grocery shopping without going into the city of Albany. I’m happy with my decision!
