My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year and it's been great! Convenient location, amenities, comfortable, and responsive for any maintenance needs.

If i could give this place a zero I would. I lived here for 2 years and had to get out of this place. The building is dirty, dusty and always smells like animal urine. The callbox and fobs would hardly work and I would have to wait for other residents to let me in. People would let their pets pee in the hallways and elevators and not clean it up. I am pretty sure I had issues breathing because they would never change the air filters every month like they should. I eventually changed it because it was caked with dust. I put in requests for maintenance to fix the dishwasher, toilets, lights and a few other items but it was never completed. The rooftop is supposed to be for all to use but the residents who live at the top come out and tell you to leave. People let in all sorts of random people and I had to deal with stolen packages every couple of weeks. The amount they charge is overpriced for what you get and how they treat you. I would think twice before renting at this apartment complex.
