Monthly. 2 cats max. We welcome dogs and cats under the following conditions: All pets must be approved and registered with the St. Moritz leasing office prior to being brought onto the property. Veterinarian papers showing the required vaccinations, breed and weight of the pet, as well as a color photo of all pets are required prior to move in. We do not allow visiting pets for any amount of time. The non-refundable fee does not cover damages your pet/pets might cause to your apartment home. Dog Policy: Puppies are allowed. Weight limit applies of up to 80 lbs. at maturity. Combined weight of 80 lbs. at maturity (2 dogs maximum). Breed Restrictions: Dobermans, Huskies, Rottweilers, Akitas, Chows, Pitt Bull Terriers, German Shepherds, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canarios and Alaskan Malamutes as well as any other aggressive breed not listed. **If dog resembles or is mixed with any aggressive breed, management may refuse to accept. We must see the dog prior to bringing it on the property either in person or by picture. No Caged animals~~~ (Snakes, Ferrets, Rabbits) Agent reserves the right to investigate and deny unfamiliar breeds.
